Seychelles based fintech Fusepay has expanded beyond digital payments with the launch of Fuse360, a business management platform for wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers. The software combines inventory management, order processing, invoicing, customer credit, collections and retailer management. It also connects with Fusepay’s payments platform, allowing businesses to manage transactions and day to day operations from one system.
Moving into business software
Fusepay says it developed Fuse360 after finding that many businesses still rely on several systems to run their operations. It is common for wholesalers and distributors to use separate inventory software, spreadsheets, banking platforms and messaging apps, while some still depend on paper records. Managing information across different systems can slow down routine work and make it harder to keep records up to date. “We didn’t build Fuse360 because the world needed another ERP,” said co-founder and CEO Vidhyasahar Thiyagarajan. “We saw businesses spending more time managing disconnected systems than growing their business.” Alongside its business management tools, Fuse360 includes features that automate tasks such as payment reconciliation, collections, reporting and customer credit monitoring. The platform also gives retailers access to a portal where they can place orders, download invoices, view statements, check outstanding balances and communicate directly with suppliers. It supports Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) onboarding, while customer payment history and outstanding balances can be used to help businesses assess credit risk.
Next phase of growth
Fuse360 launches eight months after Fusepay introduced its digital payments platform in Seychelles. The company raised $350,000 in pre seed funding in August 2025. The new platform marks the company’s move into business software as it broadens its product offering for trade businesses. Fuse360 is available in Seychelles and will launch in Mauritius in September. Fusepay also plans to expand into selected East and Southern African markets later this year. The company is entering a competitive market that includes established ERP providers as well as African software companies serving merchants and distributors. Its focus remains on businesses involved in wholesale trade, distribution and manufacturing.
