Infinix, the leading smartphone manufacturer, has made waves in Nigeria with the grand launch of its eagerly awaited Infinix Note 40 Series. According to Tech Next, Oluwayemisi Ode, the Integrated Marketing Communications and PR Manager at Infinix, took the stage to hail the new line-up of devices, which includes the Note 40, Note 40 Pro, Note 40 Pro 5G, and Note 40 Pro+ 5G. She described the technologies integrated into these devices as ground-breaking, emphasizing features such as All-round Fast Charge 2.0 and the innovative Cheetah chip, which promises a wealth of advancements.

A highlight of the series is its high-density battery with 1600 charging cycles, ensuring that even after two years of use, it retains 80% of its original capacity. Moreover, Infinix sets itself apart with the introduction of wireless charging pads, magnetic charging, and wireless reverse charging capabilities, effectively turning the phone into a power bank. Accompanying the series are accessories like the mag case, mag pad, and mag charging, enhancing user experience and convenience.

Richard Ahachi, the Lagos Regional Trainer for Infinix, delved into the intricate details of the Note 40 Series, focusing on its design elements. The series boasts a hyper speed design featuring an “active halo” that emits a soft, illuminating glow upon receiving notifications, adding a touch of elegance and uniqueness. With a 3D Cord display and a 65-degree curve, coupled with a powerful 120Hz Amoled Ultra-smooth eyecare display, the Note 40 promises an immersive visual experience like never before.

Protection is paramount, and the devices are fortified with Corning Gorilla Glass GG5, providing robust defence against falls, scratches, and general wear and tear. The gaming prowess of the Infinix Note 40 shines through its efficient processor power, characterized by a proactive gaming strategy powered by 6NN gaming dominance and an X-Boost gaming engine, ensuring smooth gameplay without overheating.

In the realm of audio, the device delivers a deep immersive experience courtesy of JBL, offering 360-degree symmetric sound and impressive bass performance. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the 108MP Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) super zoom camera, which guarantees shake-free, high-quality images even at maximum zoom.

On the software front, the Infinix Note 40 promises two years of Android updates and 36 months of security patches, ensuring the longevity and security of the device. With 256 gigabytes of memory, 8 gigabytes of extended RAM, and a robust 5,000mAh battery, the Note 40 series is equipped to meet the demands of modern-day users.

Arinola Shobande, Head of Marketing at Showmax Nigeria, announced an enticing offer wherein buyers of any Infinix smartphone can avail a discounted three-month Showmax subscription, while purchasers of the Infinix Note 40 will receive three months of subscription absolutely free.
