Get ready for an exclusive peek into the dynamic launch of the HONOR X9b 5G phone, hosted by the trailblazing global technology brand, HONOR, in the vibrant city of Johannesburg. The event, held at Atlas Studios, was a striking celebration marked by an orange ambiance that set the tone for excitement and innovation.

Attendees were in for a thrilling surprise as they were invited to partake in an interactive challenge – smashing the screen of the robust HONOR X9b 5G phone to prove its durability. The highlight? One lucky participant who successfully shattered the phone walked away with a generous cash prize of R25,000, while runners-up earned the coveted HONOR 90 phone and an exclusive HONOR Watch.

The challenge comprised three intriguing stations:

  1. Smash Boundaries: Participants swung a wrecking ball to test the phone’s resilience.
  2. Smash Negativity: Attendees dropped the phone from a height to gauge its durability.
  3. Smash the Ordinary: Using a paintball gun, participants aimed to hit the phone strategically placed in a shirt pocket.

The crowd, accustomed to cracked screens on their own devices, expected a swift victory, but the suspense lingered until the end. Enthusiastic participants eagerly embraced the opportunity to engage with the HONOR X9b 5G in a unique and memorable way.
