Geo Rep, a South African provider of field sales management software, and Cranswick, a company focused on intelligent warehouse solutions, have joined the SYSPRO EMEA ISV referral programme. Both companies bring extensive industry experience aimed at improving planning and implementation processes for customers.

Trusted Independent Vendors Add Value

Manufacturers often need to enhance their ERP systems with best-of-breed applications. These tools help meet demands driven by competition, compliance, or specific operational needs.

To support this, SYSPRO offers its ISV Programme. The initiative partners with leaders in niche technology sectors to deliver integrated, cost-effective, and efficient solutions. Choosing the right ISV partner is crucial to unlocking productivity and streamlining operations.

Powering Mobile-First Field Operations

Enterprise Resource Planning ERP capabilities now extend beyond office walls and into the field. As a result, mobile devices have become essential for accessing business systems on the go. Modern ERP platforms empower teams on the factory floor, at client sites, or throughout the supply chain. These tools support real-time decisions and seamless coordinating Rep, based in Cape Town, provides a mobile app that improves field operations. Features include AI-driven route planning, GPS tracking, CRM integration, automated reporting, and offline functionality.

This technology reduces admin overhead, improves service levels, and ensures real-time communication between field reps and management. It also helps avoid resource clustering and inefficient routing.

“We are delighted to be partnering with SYSPRO in its ISV programme,” said Grant St Clair, CEO of Geo Rep. “Geo Rep delivers the crucial link between a company’s sales force and their customers. We’re proud to be a market leader in this field. We look forward to helping customers optimize sales, boost productivity, and increase revenue.”

Warehouse Intelligence for Scalable Growth

The demand for warehouse management solutions (WMS) continues to rise. Some enterprises invest more than $25 million annually in these systems. WMS tools help manage inventory in real time, optimize space, improve order fulfillment speed, and prevent bottlenecks.

Cranswick’s WMS platform offers flexibility and power. It supports wireless networking, barcode and voice scanning, and seamless ERP integration. The platform’s focus on congestion control and structured workflows suits high-volume, high-precision environments.

“Our solutions are simple enough to tailor to various needs but robust enough to meet complex warehouse standards,” said Adrian Cranswick, CEO. “We’re excited to share this functionality with customers looking to build intelligent warehouse systems.”

Delivering Operational Agility and Innovation

According to Zaren Ramlugan, Specialist Solutions Manager at SYSPRO Africa, the organization will collaborate with its new partners to provide tailored, innovative solutions for the manufacturing and distribution sectors.

“It gives me great pleasure to welcome these two highly reputable companies into our ISV partner network,” Ramlugan said. “Our partnerships with Geo Rep and Cranswick bring key operational benefits. These include seamless ERP integration, improved agility, and the ability to reduce bottlenecks in both field and warehouse operations.”
