Nissan Frontier Gets a Fresh Look

The 2025 Nissan Frontier has officially been revealed, with new updates.

Nissan’s mid-size pickup truck brings new styling tweaks, new technology, as well as an enhanced appeal to it.

While the Frontier’s design remains the same, the adjustments and new features make the 2025 model attractive and functional.

The Frontier receives a bold and attractive look mainly in the Pro-4X model. The base S, SV, and comfort-focused SL grades are all part of the lineup. The hood of the Frontier still has its 3.8-liter V6 engine and nine-speed automatic transmission, providing 310 horsepower and 281 lb-ft of torque. The powertrain enables a switchable 4WD system and enhances towing ability, now up to 7,150 pounds.

The Frontier will come with a 12.3-inch touchscreen display in SV grades and above. This display is compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and includes an upgraded surround-view camera system that functions faster off-road. The off-road camera mode works up to 12mph.

An important enhancement is the inclusion of a telescopic steering wheel, which improves comfort for drivers of varying sizes for all Frontiers. All models now come with improved safety features such as lane departure, blind-spot warnings, rear cross-traffic alert, high-beam assist, and smart cruise control.

All the Frontier grades now come with a standard sliding rear window and a sunglasses holder in the overhead console as standard. SV models now have standard 17-inch alloy wheels. On SL grades, a wireless phone charger, an intelligent around View monitor, and a four-way power passenger seat also become standard.

Nissan’s enhancements to the Frontier make it a choice in the competitive mid-size truck market.
