Randgo, a company specializing in customized customer, incentive, and employee rewards, has announced two key appointments to its C-suite as part of its strategy to enhance its position as a leading rewards provider in South Africa.

Kinola Pather has been appointed as CEO, while Juandri Kotze has assumed the role of COO. Additionally, Yas Mahomed has been appointed as Key Accounts Manager. These appointments aim to support consumers, members, and employees in achieving greater success beyond their regular paychecks through personalized incentive and loyalty rewards programs.

Boasting 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and loyalty programmes, Pather brings with her a wealth of expertise to the table with a core interest on behavioural economics and making a positive impact in the lives of everyday consumers.

“My vision is to empower financial wellness by making the rand of every member and employee we have access to go further. For the future state of Randgo, my long-term goal is to ensure we bring to market differentiated first-time propositions that make a real impact to end users,” says Pather.

Pather will be working alongside Kotze’s 12-year tenure with Randgo, whose role as COO is to ensure smooth operations and lead strategic initiatives, notably digital transformation, to guarantee the company’s ongoing and sustained success.

“With my deep understanding of the company’s culture and the loyalty and rewards industry in South Africa, I am confident that I will continue to drive growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction in our rewards and loyalty programmes,” says Kotze.

Randgo has been in operation for the last 16 years and enables some of South Africa’s largest companies to attract, retain and engage their employees and customers in the most impactful and meaningful way, through customised incentive and rewards programmes.
